once a shipment goes out, we will always provide you with a tracking number. It is no longer in our control once India Post/ Blue Dart has accepted the package. Since these are reputed companies the package is almost always received on time by the ordering party. The tracking number also helps in locating the order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Packages are shipped via India Post/Blue Dart/ FedEX. International Buyers will be responsible for any possible additional taxes or customs fees relevant to the laws of their country [this cannot be pre-determined, your local postal office will contact you with the value and details once they have the package]. Returns, due to nonpayment of custom fees, will not be accepted. Sometimes packages take longer than stated at checkout, this is a drawback of the postal services of countries involved and therefore we will not be held responsible.

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer returns or refunds on our products. Once an order is placed, it is considered final.
